Bus drivers vote no on union; company intimidation cited

coach_usaThe OC Register reported on Friday, February 5, Southern California bus drivers, mechanics and ticket agents voted against joining the Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation (SMART) union; Organizer Bonnie Morr stated: “…the union would file unfair labor practice complaints with the National Labor Relations Board….People were scared of losing their jobs, and people can’t afford to lose their jobs these days.”
